Ok, here's the first sprite:

I agree with Iomega0318, the second one looks too smooth, I actually prefer the first one! How about making her mouth more pink or flesh toned, to mimic the lips? The black might be too aggressive, maybe? Or we could just say it's black lipstick ;D

These are brilliant! I've been looking for a mod that captures my fancy as I'm not the biggest fan of a lot of the characters currently, but haven't really found one that I really like.
This is spot on, though.
I'll be keeping an eye on it for new releases.

The first one is bad since the left side of the hair is lighter than the right part (it would mean that light is coming from the left) but the left side of the face is in the dark.
As it made no sense, I changed it.

I could try to replicate the shading work I did in the first image but I actually like it smooth. *wink wonk*
I also realised it's easier to work with a smooth shading, so... I'm gonna try it in game (as I'm almost done) to see if it looks weird or if it looks okay.

I tried it and the pink is really pretty. But I like the black lipstick too so I could release both versions !

I really like the pink lipstick version, it looks awesome!
The black lipstick does fit her as a character though, so having it as an optional download would be neat.

 

Got it ! I love to make alternate versions because it gives people options to customize their games.
Mods are neat, aren't they ?

Also, I made a version with natural toned lips. I think this one is my favourite.
But I agree with you, black does suit her character ! Not to mention that she looks gorgeous with it.

That's why we need a mod that would allow us to switch between portraits and overworld sprites every day/season in-game. ^-^

 

I've already got something going with clothing. I can do portraits easily as well!

That would be awesome! You could even make it so that she changes her lipstick along with her clothing each season! That is if it was possible.

 

I have all the code work done. I just needed artwork to supplement it.
If you have variations that you would like in the game (ex: the Abigail lipstick; I can make that work almost immediately)
