Closed Wood Elevator moved from where it should be.

I not know how to cause this, but I found it after I direct teleport from Outpost to Flag marker above the elevator (unstable)

Elevator moved 1 block Left. i not sure why.

the wooden elevators moves sideways 1 block when I load my world up

you can reproduce it by loading up a world placing a elevator down and then log out and log back in

I can confirm this
it seems to be with left orientated elevators

 

Nothing seems out of the ordenary in the item's config, and I've not been able to reproduce it.

Can you take a screenshot with the /debug and /boxes commands enabled? (Need to be in admin mode)
