Greetings investigators, Today we made some progress on the story and system code. Most notably, Joe squashed a bug that was leading to unpredictable, memory-related crashes. It’s been popping up for some time, so it’s a relief to finally have it out of the picture. Today’s progress: - More work on the script and story overview. - Updated the content lists for several systems (items, abilities, etc). - Finished several hidden/bonus dialogue segments. - (Joe) Optimised the interface and branching dialogue system. - (Joe) Fixed a memory leak. - (Joe) Updated the developer tileset (for testing purposes). - (Joe) *Edit* Updated the coastal/beach tileset, adding lots of unique props. - (Joe) Updated the collision, NPC interaction, and AI jumping code. - (Joe) Several minor bug-fixes.
