    Greetings investigators,

    Hope you're having a great weekend.

    More of the same today. Adding levels, linking levels, adding items. Just lots of the content busywork that comes with making an RPG, I suppose. :D

    I got to add some of my written books to the game, although they're housed within the standard dialogue system for the time being.

    Today's progress:
    - Added 14 new items to the database. Some are missing functionality, but the groundwork is there.
    - Linked more environments together.
    - Added 2 new environments (placeholder graphics).
    - More general item tinkering.
    - Started converting a large, readable text file (flavour text, mostly) and made it into an in-game object that players can interact with.

      Witness Giant Laser Beams

      I really hope there will be some sort of loot storage, or even a side-quest of being able to grab and donate books to some library. Because you bet I will want to be able to read and put somewhere any and every book I'll find, including ones of occult and otherwordly content.
