Will Starbound be downloable from internet or no?

If they offered a hard copy I'd snatch that up in an instant. Would be neat if people who bought hard copies got a special in-game hat or cosmetic badge. Would be extra awesome if there were a collector's edition that came in a tin box. I love tin cases. Collector's edition owners would be able to equip a special skin for their space ship. : D
