Why is this even experimental?!

I was just doing some work while going through some songs and Forest_Battle_1 came up.. Then i found out it was an experimental. I just need to say, if that song doesn't go into the game I will tear out my ears and mail then to you in a pretty pink envelop. Just sayin'.

 

Wouldn't it be simpler(and less painful) for you to find out how to add it in yourself?

I think Arctic_Battle2 and a few others are good enough to be in the game, but I think the devs know what they are doing.

 

Crystal battle 1 NEEDS to make it in the game, same with Desert battle 2

Is the actual genre set to "Experimental" ?
I don't know if you know this, but that's an actual genre.

 

While that is a genre I think in this case it is how Curtis Schweitzer denotes songs that are unfinished. I forget it is also means they might or might not be in the game. But basically they are just unfinished compositions he is experimenting with. On of the desert explorations got updated to a song with a name so there is hope that experimental tracks get upgraded to full game songs.

 

Also the downloadable soundtrack appears to be fairly outdated, so experimental tracks might have already ended up in the game.

 

I'm pretty sure that for the alpha version they use to stream, the soundtrack is extremely limited compared to what's actually in the game. Seems pretty random, too.

 

Tiy mentioned in a recent stream that he knows the songs are outdated and should be updated, but upto this point it was a pain to do due to his crappy internet. But now that he has better internet he would look into getting an updated album uploaded.
