Why is there a giant gold illuminati triangle art item?

I wonder if there are any other illuminati items in the game...

 

I find it funny that he's not complaining about the pony item, the troll face, or the other things that don't belong.

Plus, the birds ARE the Illuminati. They're the Bird Illuminati, not to be confused with the Lizard Illuminati and the lesser known Artichoke Illuminati.

 

Because it looks cool? Why does a random individual decor item need explanation?

 

It's upside down and in the shape of a bird. It bares only the slightest passing resemblance to the Eye. It looks good in the environment it was made for. Why shouldn't it be in the game?

The Eye of Providence is pretty strongly associated with the Freemasons, but it's a Christian symbol at heart. It's just a really, really creepy representation of God watching everyone.

Its actually inspired by egyptian eye of horus, what you guys have in mind is holy trinity and all seeing eye, which in fact has nothing to do with illuminati.

Wait? What? Why is it a "illuminati" symbol? Becuse of the eye? Eye's has been of symbolic importance forever its not necessarly connected to illuminati. Considering that avians are egypt inspired and that the item is avian i would guess its inspired by the eye or ra (aka eye of horus).

 

If that's illuminati, then there are plenty of other things that could be considered Illuminati too... Noticed how some other things in Avian Tombs have eyes on them?

Somehow I get the feeling we won't be getting an explanation from him on why he finds the decor particularly upsetting.

Because who freaking cares? It looks sweet and it's not exactly the illuminati symbol.....it's upside down....maybe that's the developers' way of saying they don't like the the illuminati.......or, you know, maybe they just aren't living in a constant state of fear and paranoia. Whether the illuminati are real or not I honestly don't care because I can promise you there are 100 other, worse, secret groups of people in power who want to take them down a lot worse that any guy/gal afraid of triangles ever will.

I think the game symbol is pretty sweet and I'll probably be using because why not? It's not going to make me illuminati nor is it going to make the illuminati care more/less about me nor is there any secret "magic" to it that brainwashes people for aliens.

So....seriously, get over it already, I can guarantee you that you won't make the slightest dent or change into whatever the illuminati may or may not do at any point in time....as far as I'm concerned they're already done for.

I'm much more inclined to ask how someone couldn't have seen this symbol in more than a year AND how it is possible that nobody gets the Zelda reference.

 

Well in my own defense I quit dealing with Nintendo about 15 years ago around the time they released the trillionth Mario and I suddenly realized that Zelda and Mario would be about all Nintendo would ever have.....I had to quit to preserve my sanity because I had grown so sick of Mario and Zelda that I felt like I was going to destroy the house if I ever saw yet another Mario/Zelda near the TV......still sick of it to this day.
