There is a point where if something a 5 year old says makes you want to retreat to a corner and cry YOU have some serious issues that are not other peoples problem.

Now I am going to say I do not promote racism and if that chat was in my server I would of banned their asses. But the thing is when it comes to the internet or real life. I just do not give a crap what color you are, what religion you are or what sex you are. You are just a person to me.

At the same time. I there is a certain point where if you cannot handle your boss telling you, you did a bad job you need to grow a skin. Part of life. There are assholes out there and if you cannot handle it you need to grow up mentally big time.
