Why I will be playing a Novakid

These x100. Both of these characters have contributed to my love of the "western" genre, and are some of the main reasons I will definitely be playing Novakid.

I will be trying out the Novakids at some point, but there's just too many unique and interesting species in Starbound... Why you make me choose, Tiy, why?!
Also, are you calling Nathan Fillion a gasbag? Pretty sure he's not a Novakid...

 

Avians. I like their art style.

Humans are practically everywhere, so I tend to make them a later pick while I investigate the more unusual options first. (Along that vein I'll also be looking heavily at the Glitch and Hylotl...)

 

He may not be a Novakid, but the characters he plays are often full of hot-air

I'm quite infactuated with the Novakid. They're an interesting race that I can't wait to enjoy playing. I would also like to thank the kind sir/madame that pointed out the downside to being a Novakid (I recently joined and haven't looked at what the Novakid con was.) But yeah, I'm with you OP! Totally excited Novakids.

 

I'm Playing Avian. Why?
One Reason: Garrus Vakarian.
Garrus Vakarian = Badass Sniper/Turian. Turian = Bird (Kinda). Bird = Avian. I'm Naming My Dude Garrus Vakarian And Then I'll Shoot Up The Merc Gangs Lol. And Prob Save the Galaxy from certain distruction.

I never read into the ancestry when i played through the MEs. Though it kinda makes sense!

 

Well I am going to be
going..uhh...to be extremely indecisive
between Apex and Glitch.

I can see why one would pick novakids,
cowboys fit right into space exploration,
it's wild out there and law has a light if
nonexistent presence out here people
have to police themselves and do there
best to protect the ones they love and the
values they uphold.

And true, the cowboy style of the Novakids is really just awesome. This almost made me change my mind for my first char, almost.
