Why did they remove Jeep in recent update?

Angry Koala introduced the Jeep tech. Most recent update removes the files for the Jeep completely. Why? It was an awesome tech.

 

Possibly the devs did not feel it was complete or ready enough for release, it's hard to say.

I hadn't got to this tech yet, sadly.

Didn't take a screenshot, but it was basically a green jeep.

But why would they delete the actual files? I don't think the jeep was actually added in the game yet, but the files were there.

 

I know some people did some files diving to check out content which wasn't in-game yet. Possibly so as to prevent people from testing out incomplete content and making bad judgements about it.

Then by that logic, they should have removed the human car too. The jeep was much more complete than the human car.

 

They probably want to work out some of the other issues in the game before making vehicles available. Would be awesome though for quick surface travel, and running things over.

 

went through the assets last night. Looks like it's back.
