Who's actually still playing right now?

Indy, looking around her ship for what may be the very last time:

 

Mess around with the instruments and trying to debate if I want to continue making my underground dirt house.
I just like running around for no reason too...

 

I've been playing with a friend on my personal server, just messing around exploring planets and attacking villages we find, we wanted to be pirates
Once the patch has come we will actually play nice and make bases and stop being evil sods to NPC's lol.

 

I haven't played in months, started up a new character and got like half an hour in to the point where it really becomes a grind, slowly digging for ores to get enough upgrades to get out of alpha sector, and was just like yeah nah I don't want to have to go through this twice. Could mod a digging tool to make it easy but that kind of defeats the point of playing the game.

No point in exploring if you can't keep the cool things you find. Really hoping the update comes out today or at least tomorrow.

 

Not playing since Christmas..

 

Stopped playing mid December as well, I don't want to get into it because of the threat of character wipe and truly the lack of things to do (considering the enticement of more to come, I'd rather wait until there was more to enjoy) I really am just waiting for the questing system.

 

Only thing I'm on for is testing armors that I have repainted/repurposed xD

But for now I keep getting Generic items, I must've goofed up somewhere =/

 

I've been playing around with mods whilst I await for future updates. It really is surprising how active this modding community is. I love it.

 

I've stopped playing but haven't even come close to running out of things that I want to do, just waiting for the big wipe of 2014 before I start so that I have a lessened chance of getting what I do... do from being wiped again.

 

Quit playing shortly after the last update. Waiting for a substantial update before getting back into it. But I hear the next update is significant so that's good.

Still playing at a slow casual pace, I don't like getting to hardcore into a game because then I get burned out then get bored and don't play it for a year at least.

 

Mostly I've been observing mods and doing some pixeling of my own.

 

Still playing for hours on end exploring for the perfect planet to build a Homebase on. Looking for the right trees, the right biome, the right crust, the right monsters. Has to be perfect for my hideously spontaneous mind~

 

I wouldn't say that I've played recently, although I have played most of the days last week. I am at that point where knowing that a wipe is imminent makes me feel like I'd be wasting my time. Even though I know it's beta and it's no excuse not to hunt for bugs, I feel like I have too little progress to hunt most bugs (plus no system/method/plan/idea what I even should be looking for).

The upside of having the wipe is throwing caution to the wind and testing things I'd otherwise not want to do on a "real" character that I care about. Namely, I do things that I think will get me killed to prove whether or not they will, etc. Found out that you don't take fall damage by landing in water that way.

 

I haven't been playing because I've been playing alone for forever!

It's not so fun... And I do not have friends to play with, nor do I trust public servers enough.

 

I haven't been playing much and the friend I usually play with kinda stopped playing because of all the wipes

So I've kinda lost motivation on building/playing until the wipe

Nope, didn't really feel like it at the moment.

 

I've been taking a break as I have just been employed, so I haven't had much time to play recently. I want to try to give modding a shot as it seems like a fun thing to do.
