I have been waiting for this and it's finally here!

 

There is far more in this trailer than I ever recall reading from the blogs. Color me impressed.
I just hope all the issues will be completely worked out by the time it hits Stable, and the update afterwards will be quick. Game development takes time, of course, especially considering how much they did this year (Moving everyone to the new office took a huge hit on dev time, but then helped in the long run). I cannot wait to see what will come after this.

 

Side question: Will the update bring with it a bunch of admin/anti-griefing controls? I can't remember if I saw things such as that or not. I remember admin stuff, but not specifically tailored to block protection etc.

 

I love the trailer, but the hate that gets posted on it @ youtube... It's mental. It's as if this was a planned assault or something, "all Reddit and 4chan neckbeards unite, set attack course to Starbound Trailer!!!".

Regardless, eager to play... Hope it lives up to the expectations, and might update my little instrument mod when it finally comes to stable.

 

Looks great, the combat looks alot more like what I wanted. Also love the new enemy types.
