Who else has stopped using the forums?

I realize this might be kinda stupid because if you stopped using the forums you wouldn't even be seeing this, but the forums for me used to be a way of biding the time until I could play Starbound. Now that Starbound is out, I've effectively stopped visiting the forums at all, maybe once or twice every now and again to check the home page. Has this happened to anyone else out there?

I personally have stopped heavily posting on the forums because of the overwhelming amounts of repetative threads made by new members. It has slowly begun to settle down a bit though and hopefully it will go back to normal eventually. But for now I reserve my posts for more informative, constructive and helpful content than bashing and squabbling about it "being beta".

Maybe not with Starbound, but it's happened with other games for me. I'll usually take a week to actually play the game before coming back.

 

Is this a trick question? Should I believe that you don't use the forum when you just went on the forum to say you don't use the forum? Hmm

Edit: But yea, I lurk the forums when I'm bored. Even if there is Starbound.

I lurk, mostly, but I've started commenting. I use them mostly at night time if I'm exploring, 'cause it's dang impossible to comfortably chop wood at night.

 

I've done the opposite. I don't play the game, I don't think it's full enough yet.
And I can't get the willpower to play it, people are complaining about imbalance and such. Also, the pixel compressor 40% fee, meh.

I don't use the forum at all, in fact, i didn't even post this post.

 

I almost did right after the beta came out. It's gotten a bit better from what I can observe, but around that time this place was pretty hostile.

 

Just like Firetempest, I never started talking until the beta came out. I knew the more I asked questions about the game or talked about it before getting to play it, the more atagonizing the wait to play the game would be. Now I'm using it to ask questions, suggest things, or report bugs. Its also one of the few forums I have cared about to make an avatar for.
