actually i am not trying to get you to leave. i am trying to get you to understand that you don't have to be here if you dont want to.

 

I feel that you use a lot of big words that you don't fully understand the meaning of. You also mentioned that minorities have rights in the Constitution. Why doesn't this mod have the right to exist then? Why do you and others feel that you have the personal authority to censor it or otherwise hate on the creators simply because you dislike it?

Pretty much all of the people who are against it boils down to their argument of "I just don't like it".

well...it was more of a metaphor really. i did not mean to imply you were attacking. you are being civil and respectable.

i got an example for you. say you make something you like or want in a game.
then someone comes by and says "i dont like this, change it or get rid of it." how does that make you feel? take race out of the equation.

This whole thread is giving me the temptation to literally replace every npc in the game with Demetrius, but give them all a different wig to represent their original character.

You are arguing against the mod with weak points like using democracy to somehow justify your position. In reality, your opinion is that you dont like the mod and you dont want it to exist. Other people do. Why cant the mod exist despite you not liking it? You're implying that because you and others dont like it, it shouldnt be allowed to exist. Which means that you value your own opinion above others.

You're putting so many words in my mouth. I never said the mod has no right to exist. Ever. Not once.

You're assuming that because I don't like something, that I don't want it to exist, which would be insane for me to believe that. Also, I said *other* people definitely don't want it here because they harassed the previous person who posted such a mod to the point where he removed it. I implied that this thread was probably going the same route. Not that *I* was aiming for that to happen.
