Which planet/biome will you call home?

A Desert planet for sure, then i'll build a subterranean shelter, and make a cistern with water

 

I request screenshots upon it's completion

I've always been interested in that sort of shelter, but I never got around to it in Terraria.

 

I do that kind of shelter inside mountains in Terraria, so it becomes like a tunnel chamber

 

I will call a desert home. Hopefully one with plenty of Cactus and wildlife, to remind me of my real home!

 

Two can play at that game. I'll get a biome that is hilly off to the right and flat and fertile to the left to remind me of MY real home!

 

I like the Jurassic Park scenario. High-tech facility located in a dense and dangerous jungle. In many ways, I like the adrenaline from running back to base with a horde of creatures after me. I just need to remember not to have lever-operated doors, in case a raptor in a top hat and monocle decides to enter and attack with tea cups (hey, anything is possible with procedural generation, right?).

 

That's it. As soon as your facility is prepared, we are staging a hunting expedition to find the fabled philosoraptor!

 

Ah! That was exactly what I thought, and right after I posted! >_<

 

And we will hunt them with lightsabers =P

 

Either Arctic or Crystal, due to their good music (and I like the cold). Or maybe both!

 

I hope for the fish people aswell and that sounds sweet

 

Hmm... i don't know what will be my home, but probably some normal forest. Or the strangest planet i can find.

 

A grass biome. Hence my name.

 

The most dead, blasted, abandoned world possible. Maybe a barren rock orbiting a dying brown dwarf star, something on that level. No resources, no minerals, no life. Then the base will be buried deep with noting visible on the surface. Hopefully it will be nice and safe and no hostiles will ever find it. I can't help but think that no matter how heavy the defenses, they only have to drag a couple asteroids around and drop them on the planet to crack even the hardest of protections, its better to go unnoticed that covering the world in very visible guard systems. Plus, if my monster creations get lose they will be easy to spot and recapture/exterminate.

 

Wolf / Robotic race

Wolf, Forest planet somthing like a snowy scandanavian deal.

Robotic, Anything I can Terrform with robotic, wires, engines, smoke, gas, posion, streel and fire.

 

Underwater planet. Even if they don't add an aquatic race,underwater bases and suits still exist,right?

 

you and me both man, I hope they add the gillians or Gluenuaghts

 

I actually had an idea for an aquatic race. I mean literally aquatic. They're liquid humanoids. You can swim fast,you don't drown,and you can turn into a 1x1 square of water that can move left and right. But you're also weak to elctricity and cold.

 

cool, though I dont think it would be able to quite be put into the game, mabye it can I dont know

 

I would definitely want something like a giant artificial planet. something like the deathstar, first planet esc. space station that comes to mind. have my spaceship be the car for my planet. Then cut and paste different planet types together, that would be what I would want to do. Or just make my own crystal planet. what do ya'll think?
