Which do I opt into for Starbound updates - unstable or nightly?

Starbound hasn't updated the main beta client in a great number of months now, so I was simply curious where all the updates were being posted - in the unstable option, or the nightly option?

Nightly.

 

Currently they're all in the nightly builds, so if you want new content you better check there.

One more question now. Since it says it's broken, really broken, how often do crashes occur in the nightly builds?

 

Since it's supposed to be updated nightly I guess it keeps changing from patch to patch.
