Where the heck can you find hoverbikes?

Have removed the top text because of reasons, if a dev or someone can, can they remove this because of this post not helping anyone much other than telling me things i already know cause the wiki acctuly has stuff about tech, and for god sake i do actuly need a hoverbike cause those damn tech chests seems so rare. well it doesn't matter much. so instead of me looking for tech i will wait for tech to find me

Um, I don't think they're "in the game" at the moment.
That is, you could probably get access to it with some kind of inventory management program/spawner/cheat engine or whatnot, I'm not sure and chances are I'm 99% wrong.

 

Bafflement. I cannot comprehend the concept of a double signature.

 

The Wiki does need some work, But everyone is trying their hardest to build it up to standards!

The way you typed that makes it seem as if you're completely entitled to a hoverbike in the first stage of beta where a ton of content hasn't been added yet. Like a child having a tantrum demanding candy.

If it doesn't say where you can find the hoverbike, if there are no videos on where to find a hoverbike and if there's absolutely no information to find anywhere on where to find a hoverbike, assume you can't find a hoverbike yet...

Though if you want to travel fast, there are many other tech for you to find, including targeted blink and butterfly boost.

Yeah dude, find a butterfly boost or targeted blink tech. I use them all the time and tend to outload my world.

 

Dammit, why can't the wiki just say: Not added yet, or no way of getting it
i really need one cause i am haveing trouble with getting through the lands of starbound without meeting weird stuff like elephant flyes and stuff around those lines

 

Two words.
Butterfly.
Boost.

 

You don't need one, you want one. It's not like the game is unplayable without one, is it? Learning how to traverse the surface with what you have at start is part of the progress of the game, are you honestly uncapable of doing so?

Even just dash speeds things up if you're impatient. Butterfly boost as mentioned is very nice for speedy exploration, almost too overpowered/fast for my personal taste, often when I use it terrain doesn't even have time to load properly. Personally I prefer gravity bubble for floaty and slow exploration, as a makeshift parachute and for building without having to use blocks/platforms to get high walls/ceilings done.

 

Do your part and edit the wiki now with the tidbit about bikes currently not being in the game.

Find a dash tech and say goodbye to slow travel.

 

Hmm hoverbike? Did they say befre the beta started they were doing it? If so i didnt know, calm down and try out the hoverboard mod its a good alt to the dash tech, im myself is trying to make an hovering vechicle that uses the ufo settings but the thing that takes most time is animating the art, so just calm down and try the hoverboard^^
