Closed Where Do We Go For a Refund?

Just wondering who I need to contact regarding a refund for this lackluster game.

FYI: you may find a big roadblock with Steam regarding getting a refund due to the fact that this game is clearly and always has been listed as Early Access, not sure how they treat refund requests to clearly unfinished games.

 

You will not get one, you bought a EA title and you should not be offered a refund for any reason.

Steam will not give you a refund for a EA title. They offer one godwill refund for pre-order and that is ONE.

 

Not to be confused with Electronic Arts, the game company.

You might be able to get one through support@chucklefish.org, but I can't guarantee that (especially if your key has already been redeemed in the case of a pre-order; not sure about Steam).

 

Why would you want a refund for a game that's still in beta?

 

You bought a game, on beta, you were warned about it and you say lackluster? Well its a beta >.< you paid for a early look at the game still in the cooking, you got what you paid for


Plus theres so much you can do right now still

According to many sources, it's kind of hard to get a refund from steam.
Well, this game is still in beta stage, so.... There must be something lacking....
Just wait for a little longer. I think this game have a lot of room for improvements.

 

Been waiting since the public release for some sort of improvement. Sick of waiting, I want my $15 back so I can put it toward a decent game.
