Where Can I Find This?!

I was wondering around a Floran village when I noticed a rather darker looking tree, I cut out some of the blocks to check out the wood and it's title is Unrefined Wood but it's a different color than the ones I usually see. I was wondering If this "Tree" the wood came from is in game some place? or just a block that isn't fully implemented yet, I think finding different color wood would be a great idea if this isn't already in

EDIT: The wood in the picture below is commonly found on almost every Floran structure (Small huts) (Platform with chest and skulls). Still unsure if it can be harvested from a tree.

Some of the background wood they used to build the villages are a different kind of Unrefined Wood. Those villages and houses are the only place you can find it, unfortunately.

Maybe they'll add different kinds of wood from trees in the future though.

 

They already have different kinds of wood (hehehehehe) that you can find from trees.
Like Jungle wood (hehe), darker wood (HUEHUE) and all sorts of stuff like that.

Chances are it's just an alternative for whatever reason; same thing overall, different item.

Like how there are different types of cobblestone, even though they're all cobblestone.


As for finding more, I've got no clue. I don't pay attention to the trees I chop, but they all seem to give the same wood. Maybe it's just rare. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Can't you paint wood once placed anyway? I didn't get a chance to play with the Paint Tool before the last wipe, so does anyone know whether (if you can paint it) your wood retains that colour once hacked to pieces again?

BTW, I found a bright purple looking Unrefined Wood in my inventory but can't say where that came from. Sadly it was just the 1 piece so I had to junk it rather than experiment.

 

You can paint the the Wood after you craft it into the Planks but not as the Unfrefined Wood it self sadly,
