Where are the zombies? Wasn't there supposed to be zombies?

Seriously though...this game needs zombies.

I'd love masses of undead Apex marching on my small compound, barely held in check by my turrets as meteorites fill the sky bringing on the end of days.

Zombies...need 'em.

 

What game doesn't need zombies, sheesh.

 

The Avian tombs shaped like a giant bird's head have undead Avians inside, I think. It's been a while since I've been in one.

That said, I don't think this game "needs" zombies. It would be a lot more interesting to run into a settlement filled with people taken over by some kind of Virorb or something.

 

I'm not sure if they're zombies or not, but they do walk slowly and give me the willies. I always assumed they were just survivors of suicide towers.

Edit: Also there already are zombies, you just need to look infront of the monitor!

 

Zombies. Generic idiotic enemy. Unless you march into an underground tomb containing many dead bodies, I think it's not a good idea to toss in another thing like this.

I don't think there's going to be a Z.E.R.G. Rush. We're really just against it because Zombies are used way too much.

 

ug, why is everyone so addicted to zombies? I personally find them boring, tasteless, and very generic. And as the post above mine (or hopefully still is while I'm writing this) puts it, we already have too many zombie things.

 

As long as we're not talking about actual "undead" zombies, I don't care much.

Something like a parasite attached to NPCs controlling their behavior and making them violent would be cool, though it's not entirely necessary.

 

Brain slugs...that would be cool. A nice big green gelatinous brain slug hat.

 

Even better if the zombies drop it as a wearable item. Dead brain slug! Fool your friends! Confuse your enemies! Fit in with the shambling mindless hordes!

 

Wasn't there a hat contest...I really want a brain slug hat now.

There isn't a game in existence that can't be improved by the addition of zombies.

There are ape flu victims in some of the Apex labs that I always thought were pretty similar-looking to zombies.
