Hm... I still think, it should be limited. Like, Just because the human puts on the armor of a Floran or Hylotl they shouldn't be able to breathe underwater, I mean, but it shouldn't be as... effective if a Floran or Hylotl wore it?

Well, there is some difficulty if you are not that race. You have to at least find a vendor that sells it. SO there is that at least.

How else do you expect hyotl dungeons to head in-game?

    I'm seeing a problem here.

If Hylotl villages are all underwater, and you need Hylotl armor to breathe underwater... how are you going to get the armor blueprint from an underwater village so you can breathe underwater?

Hm... I'unno. Maybe some vendors will be on the land masses in Ocean biomes? Or like, maybe a breathing apparatus that has limited air?

As you can see, underwater structures are not going to be flooded with water. So everyone can breathe in them. I don't know if this screen especially is ment to be hylotl underwater structure but who knows. I think you will be able to get there from the surface as well, would make sense because you can't just open the door underwater and expect that the water is not going to get in there. :chucklefish:

As far as Ocean biomes goes, it's the same matter as other features that are being disabled at the moment just because they are clearly unfinished to the point where it would really all feel broken, they will activate them leter on.

Edit: the screen shows hylotl structure... I just realized it while looking on the furniture

Not only do tree's spawn underground but the basis for ocean planets is actually island's, which as it stand's are more like HUGE ass mountains  even after messing around with island.island file I still can't get it to spawn island's as they should be...

Also I enabled every planet type from the get go, that include's ocean, arctic and savannah planet's (which were the only three not actually turned "on").

I Actually quite like the idea of tree's spawning underwater, what does seem strange is when you have a wee town half submerged

You should probably "drown" instead. They don't have any air-tanks implemented yet, but the breath meter is there.

This. Probably when I'm going to town on a desert planet under 45 layers of sand, also.
However, since a very small portion of the game is currently implemented, I'll cut them some slack.

To answer your question, you can make your own water planet however it is not very efficient to do so. Their are no water based biomes at present so the planet would mostly feature 'nothing' in the large pools of water.
