    1.) Server fix (this)
2.) Better monster movement and quicker weapon swings (You can still swing and run into an enemy....)
3.) Cooler asteroid fields without regular monsters and with oxygen generator items to craft, for some cool space bases.
4.) The implementation of a "customize your ship" mod where you can build it piece by piece

4.) hope we can choose our starter ship or buy a new one (APE ship so awesome but i hate apes)

    - Space Stations, in the orbit of a planet, filled with NPC merchants and villagers. There would be an airlock that lets you walk around on the outside and beat up approaching spaceburds or something.
    - Please let me pause the game in single player
    - Variable speeds for wild monsters. Big, burly lunks shouldn't move as fast as small lizardthings.
    - More codex lore pls
    - More insight into the Neon Rainbros (a.k.a. colorful villagers)
    - Hylotl dungeons and villages. They're long overdue IMO
    - Nonhostile human colonies
    - Buff guns pls
    - Increase the firearm drop rate for gun-toting NPCs. I tore through an entire Apex lab and none of the bugger guards dropped me their snazzy electrothrowers. I WANT THOSE ;_;
    - Some gadget or something to alert you to incoming meteor storms
    - Some planets should have settlements taking up a majority of their surface. It gets boring seeing nothing but small towns.
    - When do get ocean planets pls :c
    - Sniper Rifles all guns should get a damage bonus on headshots.
    - More bows pls
    - A distinctive weaponry aesthetic for each race
    - NPC questgivers pls

Oeh yes, like there would be some sort of space stations where you could dock and buy ships, that'd be the most epic addition ever.

    - Endless hyper jump fix for magma and other affected planets
    - Less ore on the surface for more incentive to mine underground
    - Increased difficulty when working for higher armor tiers
    - Tier set racial bonuses
    - More dungeons and villages
    - Ship upgrades
    - Ship log
    - More quests

A Ship Merchant/Modding mechanism that could work something like this:

    - All ships designs (including ship mods) are stored in a single folder.
    - Each sector has a ship merchant station at co-ords 0,0 (this could also just be a button in your travel interface that takes you 'there', wherever 'there' happens to be).
    - If a player visits those co-ords their current ship docks with the station.
    - While docked a player can view all ships currently available, species defaults plus any installed mods, and perhaps even take a tour of those they are interested in.
    - If a player decides to buy a new ship, all items currently on their ship are moved to the station storage and the game then deletes the current ship file for that player, replacing it with the selected ship.
    - The player is then free to move any and all items out of the station storage and place it in the new ship
    - Any items left in the station storage when the player moves on are either lost or the ship merchant can purchase them from the player (each game item would need a default price for this to work).
    - Once ship upgrades are implemented the station could also allow the player to pay for the next upgrade to their existing ship.

I prefer the idea of actually buying ships and upgrades as it gives people something to work towards and creates a gold sink for the end game when you tend to have lots of cash and nothing really to spend it on. The price of each ship and its upgrades can always be stored in a config file so that it can be modded out for those who don't like having to wait until they can afford the ship/upgrade.

With each ship also having it's own folder it allows for ships to have a different number of upgrades. this is especially good for modders who can then create ships with just a single level, or a hundred, if they wanted.

    Some QoL changes:

    1) Option to delete character in the interface
    2) Set spawn (beam-down) point on planet
    3) Keybinding

    1) Keybinding.

    3) Keybinding.

I'm left-handed. There is no game for me to play without keybinding. Until it's in, I've wasted my money.

-Let me breed my tamed mobs, cross them, etc. I want to make a zoo, but its impossible now because they just teleport-run and follow you.
-more armor options. not this, good, better, best thing we have now.
    -customizable ships
    -mapping and planet scanning tools

  14. Seems the majority is wanting customizable ships and key rebinding. Seems fair to me. I also want to say that those little pixel containers are absolutely worthless as of now. I would like something different in those things or more pixels. 6 pixels is really like a
    slap in the face.

How about some proper multiplayer support.

The game really starts to show its true colors as a designated single player experience from when you first launch the server right up to starting your first party.

Quite a bit about Starbound reminds me of Terraria and, not necessarily in a good way. For example: Terraria still has an abysmal default server. I'd seriously like to have a chat with the member of the Chucklefish dev team that decided, "Naw, it's ok, server commands aren't a priority".

Any eta on that pesky name swap bug? Would it be alright if that gets addressed in the next patch, pretty please? I'm talking about the one where you add someone to your party and, they're listed as you so you can't warp to their ship. It's quite a pain, playing musical party invites until it magically resolves.

Give the server the ability to detect wither or not a player has any mods installed. As it stands, should a player join the server without the given server mods, the entire server goes poof.

To extend upon this, give the server the ability to transmit mods to the client. Minecraft has the exact same problem, it drives me bonkers.

Why can't we see who's online? Player browsers are a pretty integral part of the multiplayer experience.

Server plugins. This isn't so much a priority but, it'd sure be nice to have.

Anti-Grief. Does everyone I invite to my party need constant access to my ship? It's my ship, I should be able to lock people out of it.

The hunger bar should be displayed at all times. Seriously? There's plenty of UI space...

Does every trash mob have to move with the grace of a ninth degree blackbelt wearing longfall boots? Shooting things with my bow gets pretty tedious when the massive three headed rhino dinosaur thing keeps juking my shots with impunity.

Hitboxes. Has anyone here played Eve Online? Have you ever bumped into a ship with a hitbox at the center of its mesh and, nowhere else? Please give the mobs a rigid hitbox.

Transporter pads. Give players a means of setting a unique beam down point on a planet. Having a transporter pad that once placed becomes your new beam down point just makes sense to me.
