What would you do if you turned into your current starbound character?

Hmm... so, if I'm reading the first post right...

I'd be a female Floran Scientist, living on the outskirts of a Floran colony on a particularly cold (but not dangerously so) world? Sounds good to me. Would be fun helping out the locals, maybe even getting them to speak a bit better, since it's entirely possible for a Floran to have good speech capabilities. Just look at Nuru!

And, yeah, I'd have a lot of fun blasting those annoying blue floating things that can phase through walls with my sweet Homing-Rocket Rocket Launcher, or poking them with my Durasteel Spear.


The other way to interpret the original post would be that my life is as it is now, but I'm suddenly now that character of mine. I believe a lot of people would be freaked out seeing a plant-monster scientist where I used to be. I'd probably end up losing my job and possibly my girlfriend, and then I'd start getting harassed by the US Government's scientific department to let them study my botanical anatomy. :v And of course, people would fear me because people fear the unknown. :v

(In both cases, I'd have gone from male human to female floran, so naughty shenanigans by myself would of course ensue, ha ha. )

Either way, it'd be a pretty interesting experience.

Yup. Figured "Why not?", so I ran with it. Hee hee. Life's too short to do things halfheartedly, ya know?

 

Possibly be a little weirded out by the sudden racial and gender change for a bit. Then get to work on some FF style dragoon armor.

 

OH look I'm a three eyed fish man now. At least I don't need glasses now and swimming is more fun.

 

Buy a lot of colony deeds, make my own faction, and take over the galaxy, even through that isn't possible in-game...yet.

 

I would turn in to a Floran. O.O would be the best thing ever, I would walk around exploring planets and killing every monster that comes at me

 

I would do what any respectable Hylotl emissary would do, and bring my wisdom to the people, blinding them with my philosophical superiority.

I would have to be very careful not to shatter their fragile egos. Under the mighty ocean that is my very presence, people would understandably feel disempowered.

 

As a floran i would find and eat this dude.

If I suddenly became my in-game character I would do nothing. I could not do anything. Someone has to push keys on the keyboard. My computer would eventually auto-restart for some stupid update and I would be lost as 1's and 0's in the Starbound Player folder. =(

 

If I turned into my Hylotl I might leave human society and go live under the sea.
