What will be the first way you die in Starbound?

Playing with explosives

 

Every time someone mentions death by explosives, I will always think about that scene from Lost where that guy was wiggling that TNT stick around.

Explosions are definitely in my top 5 in how I will probably die.

 

'This plant looks so cool oh my god another planet I landed on a planet! My spacestation is great let's go find that plant again I'm at the top of a plant!'

Splat. Typically how it goes with these types of games. I jump off of things that I proooobably shouldn't.

 

I'd like to think that the first way I die will be finding a non-infinite world and seeing if I can shoot myself by firing a gun from atop a large structure. More realistically, probably staring into the dark abyss of an ocean planet or large cliff and getting knocked over by something like a pet penguin diving into me.

 

I would say falling damage, testing that height is always important

 

Savaged to death by a pack of irritable penguins.

 

But dying is fun! well atleast in dwarf fortress...

 

I will probably fall to my death xD

 

It's good to know that I'm not the only one that can't judge his falling height well.

Now add a spacecore to stare at me gibs.

 

Yeah, I guess it would be funny to get sucked in space accidently.

 

Quite possibly by accidentallly breaking up through the surface crust of my underground jungle planet into the sulphuric atmosphere above...

 

Im probably gonna drown or fall into a cave or something stupid like that.

 

Probably gonna shoot myself due to the bullet traveling around the planet and into the back of my head.

 

Ornstein & Smough. Enough said.

 

I haven't even gotten that far, and there's no internet where my console is, so no summon back-up.

Pray for me.

But yeah, death by crushing shall be my fate.

 

knowing my luck i will be killed by a passive mob...
all ways happens...

 

Caught in the blasts of my own explosives and long falls into Lava. I die to industrial accidents in a lot of games I play.

 

Get beat up by a penguin

 

Mine will probably be seeing how close I can get to a sun before I'm crushed or burned up.
