So I literally have the best gear in the game and hundreds of each mineral, I have nothing left to do, is there anything fun I am missing? I mean, one shot killing every mob is no fun, and I don't want to restart the game, that seems like no fun....Please help :c

theyll probably start out with the typical "kill x of y to get z" but the potential is pretty limitless. finding derelict ships/abandoned space stations, looking for treasures etc maybe even guilds and associations you can join

Well, you have a couple options here.

The first, most useful thing you could probably do is to submit your honest feedback about your experiences so far. Any suggestions you may have about how to improve existing content, what new content you'd like to see, any bugs you've experienced, etc. Every little bit will help the devs improve the game.

The second option is to give yourself some goals and try to sort out how easy or hard they are to accomplish, and how much of the difficulty (or lack thereof) is artificially imposed by the rarity of certain things in world generation. For example, maybe you could try to get your character set up to make apple pies, so first you'll need the crafting recipe and then you'll need the ingredients. Then, at the end of your self-appointed task, report how that went. Giving up out of frustration is as valid of a conclusion and arguably more important to report than success in a reasonable timeframe!

The third option is to play around with wiring. Wires in Starbound have more potential than wires in Terraria ever did, and with only a couple more additions they may yet become more impressive than redstone in Minecraft. If we get more people playing around with wires and reporting their feedback and ways to improve the mechanic, there can really be no limits to what kinds of amazing things people will be able to do. But it really needs people really digging deep and reporting every issue and suggestion that comes up to really flesh things out!

The last option is to simply take a break from the game. It's early in the beta yet. There will be more features, more subsystems, more to do, more to find, more to cultivate... more of everything, really. What we've seen already is absurdly large-scale, but if even a fraction of the to-do list that the devs have talked publicly actually gets done then we'll really have something astronomic on our hands. If you're feeling like there's nothing more to do for you, then you might just want to take it easy and not get burnt out on it so that when it's truly mind-blowing you'll be ready to give it another go. :)
