What races do you want to be in game?

cyborg werewolves, cmon that would be soo awesome

 

slimes that can drop or grow biomes.
maneating mushrooms.
cyborg animals also cool, like the werewolves, gorillas, grizzleys, squirrels?

 

As long as a race fits a planet I'm fine with it, I'm more interested in Lore. Naturally being an Indie Game you don't exactly have the resources to go into that much depth, but, I like something more then "These guys are Krogans/Klingons and these guys are the IQ 500 guys".

Missing racist: golem (known as clay ppl), Lagoon (I think its the fish ppl), angels, dragoniod(a dragon stand on 2 feet, like human being accept they have dragon's wings+horns+ tail+ face of dragon), Zerg (whoops with the trollolol of starcraft in starbound ), Protost (again with starcraft LOL). Still zerg is still be interesting if ur able choose to be a zerg and lived like zerg's life could be like....hmmmmmmmm *imagination bubble pop up*.

Love the new playable race and don't know how I didn't suggest it or even seen it on the list because bird people are just awesome. I loved those bird people off of Wind Waker (forgot their race name).

 

Hmmm...I think being a Werelion would be fun.

 

I hope for a "Fox-Race", a fluffy cute fox-anthromorph race and i'm happy.

Yes, anthro foxes.
Preferably water foxes.
Better yet, sea foxes.
In fact, the best name would be Merfoxes.
A race of Merfoxes in Starbound and I'd be fully happy.

 

I would enjoy a Quarian-esque race (i.e. reliant on enviroment suits most of the time). I think this would add an interesting factor to playing as a "suit-man", you would be slightly tougher than most other races, but you would quickly die without an envirosuit.

 

Need more pig. Then I would sacrifice unworthy piglets and we shall feast upon their pork OMNOMNOM!

 

Maybe like a Half human half Insectoid hybrid or a yoda looking thing

 

I would like a navi from Avatar. That would be cool. It would be even cooler if theres is a planet Pandora witch is inhabited with this race. Please add this to the list

 

I wanna be a Demi-God/Demi-Goddess, the only stats they get is more health than others (cause' they are immortal) and they get to choose a Birth Symbol (Like Aries, Athena, Zeus, Hermes, ect) for example when they choose a Birth Symbol they get one SPECIAL stat EXAMPLE: Ares will get a Stat buff on Melee weapons Apollo will get a Stat Buff on Ranged (He has a fire bow), Hermes will get a Speed boost, Hephaestus will get a Crafting bonus to armor and weapons therefore they will get 5% more defense for Armor and 5% more Damage for Weapons!
