Modding Help What program should I use to alter sprites?

    Paint does NOT work, so don't suggest it. I'm using Graphics Gale and I'm running into serious road blocks that nobody knows how to solve.

    Paint.net
    I use it with a heckload of mods, it is my personal favorite. Its like paint, but 63x (approx.) better.
