What people don't want to see in Starbound?

No blood?! WHY? (I totally understand why, bear with me...) I love gibbing stuff in Terraria and other games! Its fun!

 

blood = NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

and one less buyer of the game

planets that end up without a use
i really don't want to see that.

 

thats an incredibly play-style dependent thing.
what use does the guy with a minigun based fighting style have for a planet made out of plants down to the planet-core?
similarly, what use does the organo-tech guy have for your computer-planet that stores every scrap of data from across the known galaxy?

 

I don't want to have to constantly flick through loads of coordinates until I find one with a Threat Level that I need. :<

Not too hard that I'll get annihilated easily, but not too easy that there isn't any challenge.

 

probably should have a search function with different filters, would fix that right up.

 

A healing item hot key that does NOT use the strongest item.
Darn you terraria, too many times have I ate a mushroom (+ 25hp) over a greater healing potion (+150hp) because the mushroom was "closer to the hot bar".

 

There's a reason I store my healing potions in "Slot 11".
Actually, I don't think there should be "healing hotkeys" or "energy hotkeys [as a replacement for the Mana hotkey in Terraria]", but proper customizable hotkeys which you can select an itemstack to activate on press. (ie: Syringes, Potions, Pets, Grenades)

Definently I find it weird and girlish(no offense ladies that are reading this) on how there are men that love My Little Pony
