    If it doesn't I do not know why, SteamOS is linux based so it works.

    Also, if your going to install it I would backup EVERYTHING because it WILL wipe your harddrive.

    From what I'm reading, Chromebooks don't use applications in the same way normal computers do. They're largely based on specialized web apps from the Chrome Web Store instead. Given the way Starbound is distributed and run, it sounds like you might be out of luck.
