I saw a guy spawn a merchant selling frog umbrellas and mops that clean up liquid, and he had a gardevoir and a hotdog on a stick. what mod is that?

That's all I got. I'm certain I've seen a frog umbrella in a mod before but I'm totally lost on what mod it was, but I've never seen a mop or hot dog on a stick before to my memory. The mop sounds useful.

 

hotdog and gardevoir were same mod i think. does it help that the npc was a female with red hair?
