What makes your skin crawl?

Mainly the darkness in Minecraft when you cannot see a thing... sssssSSSSS [OAO] sssss.... [-3-] Phew--BOOM! But I see where you are pointing at. Though nothing truly scares me in most 2D games, anything that makes you feel like you're being followed (by a balloon with a derpy evil face on it.) I can't stand it.

Recently played a game with two different AIs, and I had to essentially stuff one into volatile storage and then cut power to it. The thought of dropping a sentient mind to a little box like that, and then cutting the power, and them being helpless to avoid fading away because I couldn't power it up again, that's kept me up at night since then. What's made it worse is that there are multiple endings, and I now know I could have saved them if I only knew how.

 

the only thing that scares me is program glitches, and illogical situations.

i really really hope starbound is a stable, mostly bug free, and makes perfect sense.

What game was this? But, yeah, I have pretty much sworn off games with multiple endings after ME3... not cause of the ending, just cause legion and tali died...

But my worst fear is pretty much anything to do with giant squirmy things touching me, it doesn't have to be bugs, but they fit the description pretty well. Or being lost in the deep ocean and seeing a shadow underneath me. Or being confronted with a enemy so immense that you have no clue what to do.

 

There are 4 things in life that i'm scared to death of:
1.Heights


2.Spiders

3.Parying-Mantis

4.Centipedes(worst of all , glad i have never encountered one before)

 

Am I the only one that actually helps spiders? Really, Spiders are not evil, guys and gals. (mostly gals >wO) They are not even aggressive unless provoked. So if you try and kill it, either it will run away, or attempt to bite you. And when you see a spider, it's good! When it disappears, Ut, Oh!

 

You mean like Yakuza in Metroid Fusion? Ain't he a doll? ^w^

 

I feel bad for you people with the centipede fear. Those house centipedes are all over mine. Havent seen a single mosquito in years inside my house. Nor have i had an ant issue either

Fears in games, i amt hinking it would have to be the feeling of powerlessness. Its having power and not being able to stop it no matter what you do. (No clue how to make legion survive. He effectively offs himself in my saves xD). It just really irks me when i have the power to do things, im struggling to make one thing happen, but no matter what I do... im powerless to stop it. An example would be having a sniper rifle, a friend is stuck in a shack with only one way out of the yard and its full of zombies. No matter how many of the fucking things i kill, the guy dies because theres just too damn many...

That was the best/most scariest game ever.

 

When you look in a mirror and nothing is there and then you turn around to something that is directly behind you just watching!

 

There is this poltergeist that appears in my dreams every so often and smothers me, but I never know when up until the very end. It always happens when I am alone in a room and there is a blanket in the room. (In dream, also the blanket usually makes no sense being there and I overlook it until it moves) As soon as that blanket moves I experience fear which has not been matched by anything else, ever. I wake up with my heart going a mile a minute and have to turn my light on. Such is the power of dreams.

This is the one thing that I am truly afraid of.
