What kind of planet would you choose as your home planet?

I like the idea of a tentacle planet... But I also love the idea of living in a Dyson Sphere.

 

O_O Dyson sphere... there's a term I haven't heard in awhile, idk if I would like that but it sounds interesting

 

Whats not to love about living on a huge mechanical planet (lawldeathstar) with a star at its center generating an infinite amount of energy? What better for a research station then a planet with almost limitless energy?

Hey now! I didn't say it wouldn't be fun, I just don't think I would like it, I would probably be fine with the geothermal energy of a volcanic planet anyway

 

I'd like either:

• A tropical paradise, full of colourful fauna and flora, with a wonderful beach house with an underground hangar (To avoid ruining the landscape).
• A snowy tundra, filled with wonderful penguins!
• A Normal, earth-like planet with a gene splicing lab so I can create my own animals to populate the planet

 

The tropical paradise is your home, the snowy tundra and the earthlike planet are your pet houses there you go!

Would there be planets comprised of food? :whistle: I'd live there no matter how hostile it might be (boiling hot sugar is hot, y'know!).
Either that, or I'd live on a desert/jungle/volcanic planet with brick-loads of dinosaurs. Brick-loads.

Yeah

 

A planet that is one giant, tropical archipelago. Crystal waters, volcanic islands, Greater Quilled Deathraptors*, flying sharks, jellyfish you can WALK on, island sized whales, tropical fruit, tribal villages, quadruple waterfalls, black jungle bears with white stripes.

All of it must be destroyed to make room for my 5 star tropical planetwide resort.

I'd like to live on a tropical planet with lots of plants, NPC animals and water!

 

Stars don't last forever. It's not infinate. It does however, usualy last about 10 billion years.
But the dyson sphere may be enveloped by the star when it becomes a red giant, so don't make your stay TOO permanent.
