What kind of combat style would you prefer to play?

i second that thought, we really would need magic, or some other physics bending art of combat.

 

I think I will use a big as machete and a dagger and mabey dual wield revolvers or maybe a machete and revolver also a whip and a revolver if whips are added.

 

Great Sword,War Hammer,Battleaxe,Guns and fights honorably

 

As long as it's balanced and fair, you can give me any kind of combat. But with shields and defensive moves, that probably won't be too big of a problem

I like sorta medium ranged weapons, with decent damage. Sorta the middle path

 

Well with Terraria I always preferred the ball & chain things, boomerangs and that sort of thing. Strong, medium ranged weapons that I don't have to worry about keeping ammo for. If there's something similar in Starbound, I'll probably go for that. I don't like having to worry about ammo when there's a just as reliable option that doesn't need it.

I shall hide behind my waves of pets that aid each other in order to protect me. They will fight for me until they can no longer move; of course, I will fall down with one strike, but I will die a cheap, treacherous little man who angers fighters of all styles. That;s not a good thing, but every show needs a villainous scum that escapes persecution for the most of the show, then falls at the end with a satisfying and well placed strike. In other words, I am the villain every epic story needs.

 

I like assault rifles or just some nice big placeable turrets. Sometimes I would use shotguns, but will still have a sizeable sword on me for the close combat

 

I'll pretty much always have a shield in one hand, and either a spear, sword, or pistol in the other depending on what I'm fighting (though I'll probably keep a melee and a pistol with me).
