What kind of Boss would you like to defeat?

The Nemesis, and the Strong;
Your childhood friend who you lost to space pirates (No offence to the Space Pirates Clan), who's sense of morality is soon twisted. He then proceeds to make a name for himself, and you are ordered on a mission to stop him at all costs. You then catch up with him, but is surprised to find that it is your friend, and you are defeated, only to come back to defeat him. After that, his morality is restored to what most call "Good", and he joins you on your journey.

I want to defeat a huge abomination that is merged with background. It'll be a good match for an organic biome.

 

Personally, I would like relatable bosses, with reasonable motives. I like games with a moral compass, and a reflection on that within the game's mechanics--like an option for diplomacy, for example, or situations where violence is questionable.

But of course, if the bosses are anything like the Eye of Cthulu or the Eater of Worlds, friendly atmosphere exists only when they are dead.

 

Like, say, a childhood friend who becomes your enemy after his morals become twisted because of some incident. And when you beat him, he joins you on your journeys!

 

Ya did an epic job with the Descriptions for the choices! I found out how awesome they were AFTER I Voted! Good thing my Votes were accidentally right for what I woulda chose after the Reading anyway.

I would definitely enjoy some Legend of Zelda cameos if that could happen. Or maybe Ridley, that's be cool. But I highly doubt Nintendo would allow this

 

Someone you have to hate, that is just so terrible that there are no redeeming qualities to his persona. Someone that has harassed you for some time, and taken away something you were emotionally invested in. A psychopath that is utterly unpredictable, who has no discernible goal, and whose only drive seems to be inflicting pain on the people you care about.

Something like a mix between Handsome Jack and Kefka. That is the type of boss I want to fight.
