What is your most favorite thing about Starbound so far?

What are you most excited about? My personally is the pressurized water, I know its simple but AWESOME.

 

The ability to go to different planets that provide endless adventures that or the random generated appearance of every thing.

 

Potential and possibilities. What this game may become and how much sought-after things it may offer or dreams help realize.

Hopefully it'll also offer a way to choose which features and elements one wants to keep and which to disable to tailor the best personalized experience.

 

Visiting different worlds, meeting strange creatures, gathering data about ecosystems, destroing civiliztions. Same things i used to do in Spore. But im also exited about building bases on planets and developing technologies to rule them all.

 

It's all about the procedural generation of everything. That infinite universe! Potentially thousands of different items, monsters, and environments...

 

Definitely the generation. Even if I don't like the game a lot, I'll still play it a ton because it's got almost infinite replayability.

 

its about races. will be cool.

 

Exploring a vast procedural sci-fi universe....much re-playability to be had

 

Having more gun. And by more gun I mean a crap load.

 

Directional lighting.
So win.

 

1. Not taking damage by walking into an enemy, like when digging a 2 block wide shaft and a zombie falls on your head and you can't get out because of knockback.
2. Walking in one direction until I find the invisible barrier at the end of the world.
3. Penguins.

 

The different races.
Hopefully we'll have small (Just a few blocks tall), cute lizards as a race.

 

I have to agree with the water, I wanna make geysers.

 

Hell yea!

 

The everything.

 

The interactions between players, monsters, the base, and how it all will work with multiplayer The concept of it all just seems grandeur to me.

 

The replay value, and sideways progression. Never the same thing twice. The thought of exploring new worlds, especially with friends. Mmm.

 

The possibilities.
