    Guys, there is no official announcements about Starbound content being added, secretly or otherwise at the moment. Whatever this is, is some kind of bug. Possibly just a display glitch. Or it's something wrong with the server.

    99% sure it is someone else on the server. Bugs don't cause these types of things.

    Having asset mismatch turned off means you are not required to have the EXACT SAME asset digest as the server, meaning you can have mods that others do not in some respects, so it is well within reason and possibility someone else was on the server and used some method of copying you and your items on the fly.
