What is the first thing you will do in the world of StarBound?

    Find a nice, deep cave which I will loot, clear out, then make a base at the bottommost end. Then later on I will build upward, making stairs to make climbing up and down easier.

    And if possible, do farming underground. Hydroponics, yeah!

    The exact first thing I would do? Hmm.. I would cover my eyes and enter random coordinates and wherever my ship takes me will be the start of my adventure

    Hide in my ship until next year to which then I will beam down.
    Should I see my shadow I shall flee back, and wait until next year.
    If I do not, then slipping into a false sense of security I will venture out, only to be killed by horrible monsters or other humanoids that will hate my guts upon seeing me for the first time. While I lay battered and broken I will wonder why I didn't stay on the ship, why I feared the shadows...
    Then I will re spawn, and the cycle will begin anew....

    Now that I think about it wow, that would be a terrible way to play the game. Bah scrap the plan! First thing I'll do is explode the planet into bits for the lolz.
