What is/are the first thing(s) you are going to do on Starbound?

Build a base.
Make a spaceship.
Fly to other planets.
Make a bigarse bomb.
Blow up another planet.
Feel awesome.
Nuff' said.

 

I'm going to get bad-ass equipment via exploring before really settling down and building a base.
Preferably a sniper rifle as a weapon.

 

Can I drop it?

 

1) Lay ground work for my ever expanding base of operations.
2) Build and deploy as many sentry turrets as possible.
3) Kill a boss creature.
4) Conclude on the difficulty of killing said bosses with out the aid of chemical enhancements.
5) All game-play is then based upon acquiring questionable pharmaceuticals.

 

Go for it, I love a good bass drop.

Oh yeah, I'll also conquer the galaxy and then later the universe.

I think I'm going to move in to my alt I made a few days back, I'm hoping to get Notorious as my starbound name as well as on the forums.
(I just learned there was a rapper called Notorious about five minutes ago, so that makes it a bit weird )

who needs fashion taste when you have fur? or at least I hope i drew it good enough that it looks like fur.

 

The first thing I am going to do is just staring at the title screen with a big smile, thinking; "... Finally it's here."
And then I realise after 15 minutes that I actually can play the game, so I proceed doing so.. And prepare for the epic "first time buzzes" which you have when playing a game for the first time.
