    As in the portable pixel printer? Upgrading your ship gets you another terminal where you can make that, the pixel compressor and some other stuff. I don't know if it's the first or second ship upgrade though, didn't bother to keep track. Probably the second upgrade.

    It is the second ship expansion that you usually get it. Well was the second one for my floran ship. Down below deck.

    Called the research panel or something like that. Only know because that is the last upgrade I recently got what that particular ship expansion.
