The procedural item generation looks promising

Definitely the random quests.

Terraria left me without anything to do endgame, now I'll always have something to do no matter where I am in the story!

 

The same as CobaltCakes, let's hope every update gives us 200+ more quests

 

I also agree with Cobaltcakes.
Terraria was so lacking in any direction other than "Mine stuff so you can make stuff, so you can beat up big monsters, and then you can get their stuff to make more stuff"
That's why, once I crafted all of the things, I stopped playing.

I'm not a builder, so there wasn't anything else for me to do.

 

The whole limitless aspect of it. I predict many of my hours falling to this game. MANY.

 

I'm looking forward to be able to explore different planets. And having a Kitten Launcher.​

 

The Linux version of course... It is the only problem of Terraria, having to run it in wine...

 

I am most exited about SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCE (Sorry, i had to).

 

Hoverpenguins.

 

Quests and Rocket launchers.

 

Female characters. What? I'm dead serious. Lol.

 

Taming animals. Maybe space hobos? I want a legion of space hobos to do my bidding.

i hope we get at least as many guns as we had in borderlands

 

Uhhh..... I need to be honest I can't decide ^^ the game looks so awesome at the moment I can't think about what is better

 

I cant wait for collecting and studying all the species.

 

It's really hard to decide. Maybe it's the whole space thing and to explore planets

 

I'm most excited for the huge exploration aspect of it.

 

I think i'm really excited for the whole terraforming plants to how we want em. That way I can have my own theme specific places. Water, desert, and forest worlds for instants.

 

Dual wielding Handguns and a big fu**ing sword as my backup, dressed up with a Red Trenchcoat and white hair... Yeah i want to cosplay Dante in Space lol.
