Threads that contain little content are considered spam. I'd recommend you edit your post to include at least a couple of sentences, other than a question mark. Perhaps a few things you dislike?

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the way difficulty works. Even the lowest penalty of pixel loss felt like I was constantly hitting a brick wall when I tried to progress.

I don't like the voxel system as it is. Why make you lose 40% for banking when you only lose 30% on death? Do you really expect to die that many times? I honestly don't see why there should be any pixel loss when you bank it with the compressor.

I really dislike the things to do on planets, I mean I get there's the occasional dungeon, which are admittedly fairly common, but you don't really do anything in them, some more quests, even basic ones like "Our village is under constant attack from these monsters, please help ease our woes and slaughter ___ foes" or "Or guards are under-equipped, please find ____ of 'insert planetary ore here' so our troops can be more properly armed!".

Maybe even some more complex things, like on a planet with a Glitch castle, have another Glitch NPC on the same planet who claims to be the proper king and needs you to assassinate the false king so he can claim his throne? Avian blasphemers who beg you to rescue a family member before they commit suicide? Space Cops putting out bounties on supped-up humanoid enemies? This is just off the top of my head here.

Because right now, I'm not really feeling the life or diversity of the worlds.

That Perfectly Generic Items aren't an actually unique item, just a horribly spawned normal item.

It'd be cool to have them jusst be a collectible for decoration, maybe have them in different colors... would be neat. make 'em rare maybe alsso.

They're a material for endgame armor so I dunno how changing them up like that would work.

How armor mitigates damage on npcs later in the game. Makes the only option very high alpha damage sniper or rockets, otherwise everything else hits for 1 damage.
my 800 damage cross bow does 210 to extreme lvl npcs. 528 damage rust sword. 55 damage.

I unlike the idea of of 'droping ores' because it you loose ore you should loose EVERYTHING instead of just some items..it makes no sense..

I UNLIKE that you are forced to upgrade your ships to get better tech and then you near immediately have no use for tech cards.

I unlike knowing what to expect on every planet I visit, because they are all much more similar. I liked the random because anything could happen so exploring the planet was actually exploration. Now I know factually; this planet of this biome will have either this this and or this. I don't feel that sense of wonder when running around a planet to see back to the touchdown site because I already know what to expect which I find amazingly boring.

I also unlike that I like and dislike the Hylotl. I like the asthetic of aquatic people, but I like sharks. But I can ignore that, but they are so annoying, but that could be a ruse. But that could be a fact, but we don't know without any codex, lore, villages, or anything because they are pushed back. But that means they still are not set in stone, but that also means I'm still not a fan of my 'cool three eyed alien sharky amphibian water alien warrior raging across the stars with sword in hand' being prissy.

And unlike I cant have flesh tree seeds. For reasons, and science.

I dislike energy, would love ammo. Maybe atleast unlimited energy by end game.

I unlike the three armor path system. Give us something that really lets us customize our build instead.

I unlike the current implementation of energy. While I disagree with Serenity (I dislike ammo mechanics) and I think the energy concept has a great deal of potential, but the way it works now is still horrendously bad. From day 1, when I first learned about this game, I wanted to play with guns. Now I only use Sword & Shield style combat because it's incredibly broken.

I unlike the lack of variety in weaponry. The new staves are pretty interesting, but I still haven't witnessed evidence that there will be anywhere near the kind of variety that I was expecting before, back when I was totally hyped about this game. This goes for armor and tech, as well. I thought the variety would be less superficial than it is.

I unlike the mob behavior. I unlike the boss designs. I unlike the missions. I unlike the layout of the outposts. I unlike the way the progression makes you feel trapped for the first few hours. I unlike the unnecessary complexity of the food system and question the value of having a food system at all. I unlike the pace of vertical progression. I unlike so many things about this game, now that I think about it, I honestly unlike the game itself. Maybe it's disappointment that it didn't live up to the hype I felt, but I'm kinda losing faith in the entire genre of sandboxes. I'll probably check out Terraria 1.3 when it is finally finished, but idk... It's hard to get excited about it when what I really want now is Chasm, or Heart Forth Alicia, or Axiom Verge...

Remember, dying twice is a 51% loss, and dying three times is a 66% loss. If you're likely going to die more than once doing something, it makes a lot of sense to bank your pixels first.

Because that would effectively remove the death penalty completely on Casual mode..?

What is it exactly you expect from these Games? It's dangerous to project your own expectations on these kind of Games.

That's completely realistic though, try running backwards some time. You definitely don't get the same speed and running forwards.

I went into the game expecting Terraria in space and that's what I got.
I mean, I guess I didn't exactly hop on the hype train due to not even knowing the forums existed until the beta went live, but I try to keep realistic expectations for things. Especially sandbox games.

I'm not a fan of a few things like the default ships(all of them) and the moons being bland fuel points and such but nothing really bothers me because mods......there is honestly nothing I care to complain about because mods will take care of it. No I don't feel like the devs should bow to my wishes nor do I feel entitled to any change. My overall feeling about the game is one of joy.....amazing game, lots of awesome features and content on the way and mods will add insane amounts of super-awesome content beyond our wildest dreams.
