I think it's Novakids without debate.

 

Yeah, the Novakids will be added, but, if you looked closely at the gate in Tiy's post, you will see 8 heads, but the last one is missing... Its right next to the Novakids head.

 

People seem to forget,a verry advanced Race that has perished long,verry long ago,was a highly developed Race that created the Glitch.

The eighth head is most likely that Race,lets call em "Percursors",and it is suposedly extinct,and most likely was responsible for the creation of that Portal to begin with.

It will most likely be just a Lore Race,non playable,and only mentioned ingame by Codexes,or just seen by rare glimpses ingame,maybe.

Although it may seem strange coming from a guy named "Darthkitten", I really could do without an anthropomorphic cat race.

 

Cat race.

They'd decieve the entire universe to think them as a harmless, cute civilization while overtaking governments, murdering innocents and plotting their next move into galactic domination.

 

Our plan for galactic domination is going purrfectly.

 

The game needs a reptile race, as that is the main thing we lack to cover the animal humanoid aliens department.
I mean, we have plants, birds, fish and primates. Besides plants and robots (and Novakid being the gas race, which we always need one of)...
So we still need a reptile and an insect.

If it's a reptile, a simplified (or not?) Avali would be perfect.

Otherwise I'd love to see the Peglaci or Felin races become official. Despite being very simple, Felin are fun to play.
Peglaci are probably too radically different from the other races, but I think each race should be that different anyway.

The Peglaci look really neat. They have really sweet and creative gun types. I like that about them a lot (I guess I like the ingenuity of the modders for that also).

I don't really see them fitting like a default starbound universe race, but I wouldn't be unhappy if they made it in either (Hopefully that doesn't sound like an insult, the race looks very cool).

Ha, I think not - they differ too radically from the other races, which is actually what I was going for. From the very beginning they were meant to be a kinda 'race that you play in addition to your main race' kinda species that just hangs out in the background - while it would be awesome to get a modded race added to the game, I don't think it'll be this one!

 

I just want the good o' Greys.
