What could it mean???

    In the Hylotl underwater city there was this stuck to the wall:

    What could it mean? It must mean something! IT MUSTTTTTTT!!!!!

    If you look carefully at that second line, it looks like 10, then 4, then 17.

    So, I guess that means the release date is October 4th of 2017.

    It looks like 1041. That means the beta has been out for 972 years.

    Seriously, do we need a thread every time there is an ambiguous detail in a screenshot? Most of them mean nothing.
