I'm gonna wait until the game releases to decide. Just so I can have a more comparative look at it and compare it to my own playstyle.
Moose. Hopefully Seaworthy. I'm a gentle person, but I look like a brute. It'll be nice to test the waters in familiar skin.
looking forward to the Technician to be able to make gadgets, or the alchemist, which seems like using science to do magic and when all else fails, Moose, or innkeeper for stealthy brawling
Probably the slugger, though, I don't think that one actually got funded (I dunno, did it?), so just in case it didn't, I'll either go a combat based trapper or private investigator because the man grit is strong in him.
Love the thread. And yeah, sadly the Slugger didn't make it. I'm making a conscious effort to not have any favourites, but I tend to lean towards Cleric/Fighters or Necromancers in RPGs. I'll probably have a Shadow Scribe or a Might/Light Gentleman or Moose in my crew.
If I had to guess, probably the PI. I do have a tendency to enjoy the feel of traditional private investigators with their revolver as their protection. I also tend to enjoy characters with non-combat mechanics that can be used to investigate things or learn something about something. Then again, I'd have to have the class list along with all of their abilities right in front of me to make a decent enough guess.
Curator or Alchemist. I suspect they'll have abilities that are more indirect and/or utility-like. It's always fun to play with possible emergent behavior with those types of classes.
I hope to play all of them several times (in many different combinations). Now, as far as which one I think I'll like most? Curator.
