That also sounds great, kind of a mix of the 2 known biomes.

Why stop at ridiculous anatomy biomes like the brains biome or eye biome?

Testicles biome...it takes a lot of balls to even visit these planets!

Industrial Biome - Kinda suggested at before, but I thought of popping in a few ideas for it. Would be a kind of early industrial type place, covering a large amount of a planet's surface. There are still wild areas, but the creatures there are less hostile, almost sickly. Water would be a green tint. They would be semi-habitable, not so much as a "lush" world but still something you can survive without a lot of special gear on. The sky would be covered in a grey smog inside of the biome, though in the few "wilds" areas the fog would show up less, though the actual sky color would be quite dark, be it blue, orange, green, whatever. Backround would have a bunch of apparently operational buildings and factories. Would have unique dungeons, most of which would seem to tell a story. Some would be large skyscrapers, ominous abandoned factories, that kinda thing. Would also have fallout vault-style bunkers in the wilds area, seemingly to protect the survivors from the dangerous outside world. Inside would be a few wild animals, and no traces of the survivors, maybe a few papers that could tell their story assuming that kinda lore makes it to the game. It's a bit dark, but I think it'd be interesting to have some more variety to your environment and a bit of feels.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned already, A bio-luminescent planet

Or a planet made up of floating islands, like a destroyed one that the debris is still floating around in the "planets" gravity.

I think these are already on the drawing board.

Water biomes are pretty deep from what I know, so they'll need the light.

And if there aren't islands in the sky, there are asteroids in space to be explored.

    In Soviet Russia-NO!
It would be pretty cool to have some sort of crystal biome. Where the ground is composed of crystal formations, and there are these spires that go high into the sky.

We already have the Apex. Whatever planet's they own is now considered part of Soviet Russia.
