What Armor Is This?

I saw this player on a server. After multiple attempts at asking him what it was he refused to tell anybody. Can you identify this armor or mod?

Goat skull, and that looks like some color-edited glitch armor. Not sure which armor, specifically, though.

 

Goat Skull definitely, perhaps it is the Frontliners Armour (Apex tier) as it looks similar, just greyish instead of purple.

 

I believe you're right, looks like modified frontliner.

 

I was going to say Power Armour (?). At least, there is something very similar in appearance and color, but the frontliner is the closest what with those shoulder pads and all.

I was also wondering how he got the skeletal wings. Would anyone know?

Those are just skeletal wings; found in heck biomes, like the skull. And maybe the gun. Kinda rare.

 

Just put on that armour, (Freeliner) with skull and wings, dyed the armour, and eyup, it's frontliner. Also, bone rifle looks beast with it.....
