What are your plans when you start it for the first time?

I would say that is a more accurate portrayal, yes!

Naturally plans will change as I play through my first character.

 

I think ill build a small house then have a hidden door in the floor if possible. To a underground bunker and then once my base is set build a few areas for npc community that i can travel to. That or make a base like the guild fairytail from the anime fairytail for people who dont know what i was referencing to.

 

I will roam the planet until I purge my inventory of trash for the 5th time before I set up a base. Even then it will be nothing more than a defensible storage/crafting area until i find an area I really like.

 

I would, if I spawn in a desert planet, search for a large forest planet, in which I would build my robot fabrication base, and also start filling the universe with robots.

They shall dominate things

 

I'd like to say i would do something incredibly awesome but, honestly, the first thing I will do is probably make a little house out of dirt to keep me safe from the animals at night.

 

^ This pretty much for me. I hope like terraria the farther down u dig the harder the planet's wildlife gets to kill. Also WMD's gotta have lots of WMD's, preferablly a bazooka of some kind, preferably one that shits dynamite, or some other explosive that is set to be able to blow up the ground, so I can go all worms style and dig holes using it.

Not on all planets! In one of the streams Tiy showed off weapons it showed hostile mobs during day.

 

Nerdgasam, make a Glitch character, build a shitty dirt shack to protect me, and then strip mine so I can find resources, or I'll just be a cheater and cheat in everything I want.

 

Yeah, cheating doesn't ruin your experience at all. Especially at the beginning.

Most likely I'll die right off the bat just like in Terraria by trying to pet a "cute" little animal that ends up gnawing off my face...gonna be fun!

Forget finding a nice planet to settle down on... just; pick a planet at random (hopefully a barren wasteland full of hostile monsters) and survive.
