What are you playing till Starbound?

I may be a gamer, but I'm also a girl. So don't make fun of some of my apparently "Girly" and "Casual" game preferences.
Herm... Let's see:

My go-to games are always Minecraft and League of Legends.
BUT
I just got Sims 3: University life, which has been very addictive.
I've been avidly playing Mushroom Wars, Star Command, Super Stickman Golf 2 and Tetris Blitz on my iPad.
And I don't know if non-video games count but my friends have just recently dropped back into a Killer Bunnies (the epic card game of deadly rabbits) phase, and I am more than happily joining in.

 

Unlike minecraft there is actually a story and a defined ending to Don't Starve. While you can just try to last as long as possible, you can also try for the ending. (I've only beat it once with Wilson, and I am fairly certain I could have changed the ending, so potentially 2 endings per char and 8 chars currently makes for a ton of possible endings...though they could all be the same as well, I haven't had a chance to try them all.)

Just tried out Among the Sleep Alpha...Now my peaceful night of slumber is ruined! ><

I thought it was just HL2: episode 2 episode 1.

Installed some new mods and now I'm back to playing Minecraft again.

 

I'm having a tough time finding a game that keeps my interest right now even though I have about 100 games (out of 400 or so) that I haven't finished yet.
In addition to waiting Starbound, I'm also waiting for Skullgirls, Star Citizen, as well as the Man of Steel Movie, so I'm going nuts.

These are some games I'm currently playing (but tbh I'm playing like 20 or 30 small indie titles outside of this list).

1) Left 4 Dead 2 (for my co-op needs)
2) Dota 2 (for my A-RTS needs)
3) Planetside 2 (for my squad based FPS needs)
4) Borderlands 2 (for my treasure hunting needs)
5) DMC: Devil May Cry (for my action brawler needs)
6) Anno 2070 (for my city builder needs)

 

Silly, that's not something you should have to worry about. Enjoy the games you enjoy. ^_^

Team Fortress 2 6's competitive.

 

Just started up Skyrim again. Before that, Metro: Last Light.

 

Anyone playing the beta of Firefall? The game goes live to anyone next month.

 

Team Fortress 2, every day, all day.

 

Playing, normally for me that's a long winded response.

In all honesty however right now I am just playing Star Trek Online.
Was not a huge fan of KAG sadly. It did have some fun aspects to it but was a little to bare bones for me.
Tried to boot up skyrim again, no luck there, dragonborn messed up all me mods (which included saves) so I lost a bit of interest.
I can always play a few rounds of x-com: enemy unknown, but now that I have beat the story twice and I can see the pattern of tech progression and how easy it gets after a certain point. Sad me.
Have to wait on another patch for Sword of the stars II, multiplayer is still broken, and only some AI does not eat its own economy.
Planetside 2 is great fun after the server merge. I don't play it as much as I should.

 

Im probably going to continue to play Killing Floor with a couple buddies of mine. Otherwise GW2 and Minecraft. I may revisit terraria for the heck of it as well.
