Bluh whatever I can get my grubby little hands on. Plplplpl. I need recommendations for comp games that don't require download/take up much space if they do. :I

I SUPER recommend the Mass Effect series. Sweet Moses they're amazing.

Does that also mean that you not only have space issues, but older hardware maybe? I'd recommend maybe Minecraft, but you've probably played that. As far as small games go, one of my favorites that I've played in the past few years has got to be Bastion - excellent and impressive narrative (you have to experience it, it's fantastic) and great fun, also challenging. Also, another one is Fly'N - a fun, semi-casual but challenging game.

  4. Diablo III (Turned out to be disappointing, but still)
    Minecraft (lol)
Dead Space 2 (Replaying it while I wait for Deadspace 3 baby!)
    Skyrim (FUS RO DAH)
Oh, and i'm waiting for Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm.

EDIT: That was a very well placed arrow! It goes on my name!

Terraria, Minecraft lately (I love building stuff!) - sometimes Path of Exile and Left 4 Dead 2

Yeah! But everyone need to start from part one. Not only to know the plot, but because of little decission you make through whole trilogy. Like Meeting Conrad Verner or Charr and his Blue Rose of Illium

    Shores of Hazeron mostly.
Its an pretty unknown Scifi mmo which is still in alpha but it has some really nice features. You start off as a creature on a planet and work your way from there to build a city and build a space rocket. From there you colonise your moon and get resources to build starships which you can design yourself and walk around in. From there on you can explore space trough wormholes and colonize the nearby systems, teching up to get a warp drive.
The graphics arent that great but the forum there supplies ways to download texture packs.

Is Darkout that good, in your honest opinion? I know a lot of times a game gets played because it's new and different, but before I shell out $15...I'd really like to know if it's actually good. It could easily suck. :p Looking at the game, it seems to have okay animation, but it really skips around a lot and isn't smooth at all...but it does have an 8.8 rating on Desura.

Yes! the game is good! There is nothing similar with Starbound, believe me. They make updates all time! I like this game!

Been playing lots of WoW lately.
I'm sure i'll go into obsessive compulsive mode like I did with Terraria and not play a single other game for 2 months when Starbound launches.
Because apparently, that's how I roll. :proper:

Less than 50 is way too little space. I have 72 in all my characters in Borderlands 1, and they said in their talks about BL2 that they'll have more storage, then scrapped that some time after. Then they hardcoded the PC version so you could not bypass that by editing the saves. Just in case anyone wanted to enjoy a proper inventory.
Also, the shared bank and the hidden stash should be one and the same, and have at least 200 slots. 4 slots to trade items between characters force you to switch to another character every time you want to move the items, instead simply leaving them there and taking them out when you play with that character.

    It's unpractical and annoying.

If a game is to have randomly generated loot, it'll need lots of storage for all sorts of reasons.
    - To keep funny ones with strange names.
    - To collect really good ones or unique stuff.
    - To keep stuff that you think your friends could use.
    - To save for other characters you may be planning to create.
    - So you don't have to stop to smell the roses and compare gear as you find it. Just pick the stuff, then sort it out the next time you find a vendor or go to the base.
You can't do enough of that with 27 measly slots.
    It's just ridiculous.

    Oh, and Minecraft.

This a very repetitively asked question. I'm probably going to have a long play around in Hitman Absolution (insanely time consuming) and probably Borderlands 2. Again.
