Closed Well This Happened Out Of Nowhere...

So I can load the patcher and game fine, but when I press single player, I get the following:

and then immediately after, this:

Then the game closes. I tried reinstalling but that didn't help.
Also, I have no mods installed and I have no files altered.

check your player folder inside your starbound folder.
If your player file is 0KB or you restarted while playing the game, your character's screwed... At least that's what the error says.
Alternately if there are files in that folder that shouldn't be there, like .bak, .zip, .7z, etc. it could cause something like this as well. make sure the only things in the folder are valid shipworld, metadata and player files. After you've made sure of that try starting again.
If that doesn't help you may have to erase your player folder, or try making a .player with that uuid as its filename.

 

I don't really care if I lost my characters, but I have six files in the player folder (so I have to characters). I'll try erasing them and starting up the game.

No problem. In your log it looks like the culprit is
Error: Error loading player file, ignoring! PointerConvertException: Could not convert from N4Star11GenericItemE to N4Star10ChestArmorE
I don't know what N4Star11GenericItemE is. If it is the default generic item then the culprit might be the missing nudie mod. Since you have these - Error: Could not instantiate item '[nudepants, 1, {"directives":"?replace;ffca8a=96cbe7;e0975c=5588d4;a85636=344495;6f2919=1a1c51"}]'. ItemException: No such item 'nudepants' in there as well

 

Yeah I had the nude armor mod installed but ended up deleting it. Starbound was running fine after I deleted it, don't know why it decided to be stubborn today.
